Brownie Parfaits

So I took the idea from my cupcake parfaits and decided to apply it to Alexandria's Creations semi-famous brownies and what a treat! Layers of rich fudge brownies, light chocolate mousse and Oreo crumbs topped with the perfect Halloween theme... mini candy pumpkins! I brought these beauties in to work since my co-workers felt neglected and everyone loved them, I quickly realized I didn't have enough! The Rivers' household is notorious for throwing like the best house parties known to man and I always use this as an excuse to serve up some goodies for my friends, that is what I do! Halloween Cupcakes

Imagine how much fun it would be to have the grand kids over and tell ghost stories and read Halloween themed books, sounds like a cute heart warming scene from a movie! The only thing they would love more would be cupcakes from Alexandria's Creations! I loved creating these cupcakes for the kiddies and from what I heard they loved them too! Peanut Butter Perfection

I love a baking challenge! I will admit I do not really like peanut butter but when asked to create a cupcake incorporating peanut butter it really gave me a chance to be creative. Salivate over this... a chocolate cupcake with a milk chocolate and peanut butter truffle baked inside and topped with a light peanut butter icing! I would say I did well {pats myself on the back}!!!

Brown Sugar and Garlic Braised Drumsticks

So I had no idea how much brown sugar compliments garlic and I am now a huge fan of the combination. I decided to braise the chicken legs then they were topped with a brown sugar and garlic glaze... yummy!!!
