Brownie Parfaits

So I took the idea from my cupcake parfaits and decided to apply it to Alexandria's Creations semi-famous brownies and what a treat! Layers of rich fudge brownies, light chocolate mousse and Oreo crumbs topped with the perfect Halloween theme... mini candy pumpkins! I brought these beauties in to work since my co-workers felt neglected and everyone loved them, I quickly realized I didn't have enough!
