Peanut Butter Perfection
I love a baking challenge! I will admit I do not really like peanut butter but when asked to create a cupcake incorporating peanut butter it really gave me a chance to be creative. Salivate over this... a chocolate cupcake with a milk chocolate and peanut butter truffle baked inside and topped with a light peanut butter icing! I would say I did well {pats myself on the back}!!!
