Chicken Pot Pie

With the fall weather hitting us it is the perfect time for homemade Chicken Pot Pies! The oven roasted chicken mixed with vegetables in a creamy chicken and mushroom gravy is only enhanced by the flaky buttery crust! I wish this dish would have lasted longer but that is just a sign of yet another great meal created by yours truly! Let Alexandria's Creations create this dish for your family and all you have to do is enjoy each other's company, chicken pot pies also come in individual servings so no fighting over the delectable crust!

Look at that crust!!!

Dinner is served

I am sure you will be able to get your kids to eat these veggies

Grill Master

I absolutely love GRILLING! I do it year around and it is a convenient and sometimes more healthy alternative to preparing food! One of my favorite things to grill is strip steak. There is nothing better than a perfectly grilled, and perfectly seasoned, medium to medium well steak. I topped this steak with peppers and onions sauteed in red wine and paired it with steamed broccoli. This my friends is perfection!

Cupcake Bonanza

This weekend I worked on a 75th birthday cupcake... all that was required was chocolate cake... now I love over the top decor but for this special occasion I thought I would keep it simple and classic! The chocolate cake is moist and light with a deep milk chocolate flavor, and filled with love, I know corny but true! I topped the cupcake with white chocolate numbers and silver candy pearls, very elegant!

I also have been inspired to do something for breast cancer awareness month and what could be better for a survivor, or soon to be survivor, than Alexandria's PINK velvet cupcake in a jar! This is such a fun idea  for gift giving and I would love to customize a cupcake in a jar for your next special occasion!

Now on to my favorite part, and maybe yours too, the pictures!!!

How sweet... 75 years of life should be celebrated this way

Gender Reveal Cake Pops

What a wonderful party concept... a gender reveal party for friends and family. I am so happy to have been able to provide the Jones' with cake pops for their gender reveal party! These white chocolate cake pops were decorated in pink and blue on the outside so that the guests would be left guessing until they bit into the delectably soft cake whose color represented the sex of the baby! Cake pops are wonderful for any occasion so please contact Alexandria's Creations for your cake pop needs and let's get creative!

Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Frosting and Salted Caramel Drizzle

With orders coming in I have been getting more requests for jumbo cupcakes and unless you have been at the craft for sometime it takes a few trials before getting down the perfect single serving recipe for cupcakes... ladies and gents... I think know I have it! I made two moist, light and absolutely delicious chocolate cupcakes and I thought I would play around with salted caramel so I topped these beauties with vanilla frosting and added a generous drizzle of caramel and a touch of sea salt... wow, that sea salt really balances out the savory sweet flavors in the cupcake and frosting! Go ahead and contact me, I know you want to order a few of these babies!

Topped with a caramel filled chocolate from our trip to Paris last week
