Blackened Catfish and Shrimp Scampi in a Spicy Red Sauce

Don't forget that Alexandria's Creations is here for all of your dinner party and hors d'oeuvres needs as well as baked goodies! I have been on a seafood kick lately so blackened catfish seasoned with Cajun spices and fresh cracked black pepper is always an excellent choice! On the spicier side we have the shrimp scampi pasta which is enhanced with sriracha and crushed red peppers to add a little edge to the traditional scampi pasta; both of these options are excellent for small dinner parties that Alexandria's Creations would love to cater for you!

Holiday Cupcakes

It has been too long since my last post, my apologies! Over Thanksgiving break I was able to really take it easy and spend time with my family and relax! I did have a few goodie orders for Oreo cupcakes, carrot cake cupcake (with fresh grated carrots, raisins and walnuts) and red velvet cupcakes (not pictured, I feel like you have seen enough of my red velvet beauties).
